Guests credit card details are required when booking Craigs Place to cover any damages and any extra cleaning that is required. Please note that guests are asked to leave house neat clean and tidy ie dishes etc etc otherwise we will have to charge extra cleaning costs to guest. Up 48 hours of arrival cancellation fee of 50% of total booking is charged. Cancellation of 24 hours or less of arrival incurrs 100% of total booking charged.
