DEEP SEA FISHING CHARTER TOURS run from 16 December to May from Gracetown and Dunsborough

Directions: We will be offering our whale watching tours from Davies Road, Augusta as of 1 June. Continuing through Augusta on the main road, travel for 3 km until you reach Davies Road on your left (there will be whale watching signs at the turn off). Turn left into Davies road and park in the car park at the boat ramp. There are public toilets and a playground adjacent to the car park.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellation policy - If you are wishing to cancel or change your booking you must contact our office at least 48 hours prior to the cruise departing. If no notification is given you will be charged the full amount.
Refund will only be provided if weather is unfavourable on the day and Legend Charters have to cancel the tour for safety reasons or if minimum numbers are not reached.
