Through a viewing window, you can experience first hand, the art of cheese making as milk is turned into cheese and then transferred to cheese hoops, where the fresh, aromatic cheese curd is moulded into shape. |

Our luscious cheeses range from Brie, Camembert, Cheddar, to Feta and Baked Ricotta.
