Welcome to the Margaret River Region.. from us an invitation for you to indulge yourself at Ellensbrook Cottages. These superbly appointed spa cottages have been designed for guests who appreciate attention to detail. Nestled on a private rural property and offering peace and seclusion far from the hectic pace of modern life, this idyllic retreat is a relaxing base from which you can explore all the many delights that the south west region has to offer. We enjoy an ideal location, central to the south-wests finest vineyards, restaurants and cafes, karri forests, magnificent coastline and awesome surf breaks. TV Reception: There are four main TV Channels: ABC, GWN, SBS and WIN. As we are situated within close proximity of the railway reserve bushland running alonside the property, signal strength on some days is limited and effects TV reception (particularly WIN). Note: All cottages are fitted with reverse cycle airconditioning. The ONLY cottage that also has a pot belly wood fuel fireplace is "BROOK COTTAGE". So please be careful when making your booking of which cottage you choose. Wood fire use is restricted to the months between May and mid October, in compliance with our fire safety management practices in place.

Deluxe Corner Spa - Brook

Queen size main bedroom, second bedroom has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds (2 singles). Cots/highchairs available on request, $5 each pn. Breakfast hamper available (require notice at least 48 hours prior) $60 for hamper for two adults. Provisions stocked in cottage on arrival. Please note this cottage also has a log fire for use between May and September. 18kg firewood starter pack on arrival. Extra supplies of firewood available for $13/bag, $1 per 10 jiffy lighters from office. Heating between October and April is provided by reverse cycle airconditioning.

Cancellation

Please book carefully. We are a small business by taking a booking we hold the cottage especially for you in good faith. It is often difficult to rebook if cancelled at the last minute. Deposits will be lost for cancellations made less than 21 days before your stay unless we can fill the vacancy. If we are able to fill your booking your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If you decide to cut short your stay after it has commenced or less than 21 days prior to arrival you will be liable to pay for the whole amount of your stay. By making a confirmed booking you accept our terms conditions and cancellation policy. This booking condition always applies to this room. Minimum nights stay Please Note.... Easter weekend Xmas/New Year period and any long weekend if you cancel less than 21 days prior you will be liable for the whole amount of the stay. All Leeuwin Concert bookings will not be refunded and full payment is taken as the cancelation fee

From Cowaramup on Bussell Highway drive two kilometres south towards Margaret River and turn right onto Cowaramup Bay Road. Drive 500 metres and turn left into Ellen Brook Road. Drive up 200 metres and Ellensbrook Cottages are first driveway on left.
