It is both a celebration of the diverse range of cultures that have brought about the ability to produce the foods grown in the Southern Forests, the vast range of foods themselves, as well as a focus on the black truffle, after all the Southern Forests produced 70% of the country's 2011 truffle harvest!

TK12 will include wineries, food stalls, master classes, cooking demonstrations, free kids food classes, food discussion/truffle seminars. Also Truffle Dog competitions, Truffle orchard tours/hunts, local produce by way of the local farmers markets and a heap more. No other Truffle/Food festival can invite people to participate in a live and successful truffle hunt on the two most productive Truffle orchards in the southern hemisphere and arguably the world!

10am until 5pm and the entry fee will be $5.00 for adults, Student/concession $3, <12 free.
