We started our owner build journey with limited knowledge of tools and materials (even tho I'm a tradie myself its hard to know everything about other trades and whats needed) but the team on the trade desk and all the boys out in the yard are ready to help! Special mention to Kyal who went even further to help me out figuring out cladding and other stuff. If you are doing or considering do OWNER BUILD and the task feels overwhelming to you, know that from my experience mitre10 crew does HELP, just be respectfu to them and you sweet.

Bunnings didn’t have supply of what we needed so we ended up at Home Hardware. Fantastic service at Home, lots of knowledgeable staff available who are happy to help carry and cut wood. Plenty of stock. Pleasant, happy shop to be in and plenty of shade outside in trade to load up. Sometimes good value is more than just what is cheapest. We left happy and with everything we needed, all packed and ready in one go.

Friendly, helpful staff. large range of products at good prices. Today I was served by Arian a lovely young man who helped me pick out some paints, our conversation was punctuated with witty remarks and hilarious jokes, this man was the peak of customer service. If you're after hardware this is the place.
