Easily one of the best breads i have ever had, the rye loaf had such a deep and flavourful aroma but it maybe a little tough for my liking. My favourite was definitely the soft rolls, they released their bakes at around 2-3pm daily and the rolls run out pretty fast but its definitely worth the wait!

Amazing flavour.
We were so lucky to get fresh bread as we arrived at the venue at 3pm sharp, they opened their doors, and we walked in and got ourselves the seeded sourdough.
It was nutty and fluffy!

Omg the fruit loaf is to die for....delicious....words cannot do it justice.
It is going to be hard to move on past margaret river and no more fruit Loaf...
Going to freeze a Loaf .
Also a fan of the sour dough both plain and seeded.

Daily woodfired freshly baked bread of all kinds start to come out around 3 PM. Whatever you take away before 3 PM was yesterday baked bread. Even yesterday baked bread also tasty. Before we eat at home, we usually baked it for few minutes to make the skin crunchy. Good bread. Enjoy!
