We have stayed almost every year for a decade and keep coming back for the terrific location, picturesque surroundings and beautiful adjacent beach with private access. The staff are always friendly, very transient workforce must be said with lots of travellers coming and going, can’t say we have had a familiar face stick around in that time. I would strongly advise offering a bar menu for easier eats (pizzas, burgers, etc) to be available into the evening at the restaurant/alfresco, the current menu is not personally something I loved, food good but more simple meals are easier for holidays. Rooms are a bit tired, could do with some upgrades as most have what would appear to be original fixtures. Cleanliness was an issue this stay, ants wreaked havoc but we overcame that and housekeeping staff were great trying to respond as best as possible. Overall, an awesome trip and we will always be back!

Had a lovely stay at the Pullman with my husband and my mother. The check in service was excellent as were the super friendly (& patient) housekeeping. Loved the location and access to the beach. Had a meal at the Other Side of the Moon the first evening which was really enjoyable, excellent food and the service was welcoming and super professional. The only downside was at check out - where the previous guest-centric service seemed to have momentarily fallen by the wayside. It is not appropriate to insinuate that the guest was at fault because the late check out requested was not on the system (which was only 30mins later than the official time anyway) and the confusion around providing me the full hotel bill was a little odd. However that was later corrected and dealt with super well and professionally, so my overall experience was still very positive & I will return again.

We have stayed at Bunker Bay over the years quite a few times. It is situated in a beautiful location and the rooms have still maintained their quality. Cleaning was of a good standard. Unfortunately the standards have not been maintained in the dining area. The dining chairs could do with a good clean or replacing as well as the outdoor lounges. All I can say is they are filthy. The breakfast was good with a good selection. The dining in the evening was of poor quality. The staff always good and very helpful.

Had a great time spending a couple nights away for our anniversary. The staff were really accommodating especially Samasoni (forgive me if i spelt his name wrong.) He delivered wine to our room as a surprise amenity for the occasion and was so nice and friendly when helping with our bags on the drive to and from the villa. Overall great experience and great location!
