The Augusta Margaret River Tourism Association Inc (AMRTA) is Australia's award winning and leading organisation in Visitor Information Services.
We are a non profit and self funded organisation. The AMRTA has over 460 members and an elected nine person Committee of Management.
The AMRTA has been providing high quality visitor services for over 50 years, managing two visitor centres in Augusta and Margaret River. We also operate four iconic attractions within the region: the majestic Mammoth, Lake and Jewel Caves and the stunning Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. These attractions are the key income streams for the Association, however commission from bookings, cooperative marketing campaigns and retail sales also help sustain the Association's activities.
It is our aim to excel in the provision of visitor services and deliver industry leading destination promotion for the benefit of our members. We are a focused, innovative and cohesive tourism organisation with high values fostering excellent in sustainable tourism. We are committed to delivering a positive, unique and memorable tourism experience to all visitors.
