Facilities include expansion of skate, scooter and BMX facilities within the park as well as the addition of a new raised stage area for music events, parkour and play equipment, BBQ areas, shade, landscaping, spectator seating, public toilets and much more.

The precinct offers the perfect way to keep kids of all ages entertained with plenty of space for adults to relax, eat and spectate.

Busselton Foreshore Youth Precinct & Skate Park

This great youth and family focused facility is the jewel in the crown of the Youth and Community Activities Precinct east of the Busselton Jetty.

The new Busselton Skate Park offers a host of challenges including one of the largest bowls in Western Australia. At 18m long, 10m wide and 3m deep, this massive bowl is suitable for competitions. Those still learning to skate / BMX can utilise the smaller bowl which is 1.2m deep. The park also has close to 90 metres of free-flow street skating space with a series of elements like kerbing, parking block ledges, skate rails and a smaller quarter pipe.

In all the Busselton Skate Park offers 2000m2 of recreational space geared especially for young people, all with an ocean view!

Dunsborough Skate Park

This all-levels park is well-designed and offers a good flow. The bustling skate park has banks for rolling-in, mini quarters, a mini ramp, a half pipe and 1.8 metre bowl with a taco (not the edible kind). Located between two sporting ovals, there’s plenty of parking and a playground nearby.

Cowaramup Skate Park

Completed in 2013, the Cowaramup skate park is small but the shredability factor is epic. Skate park elements include several boxes for street style, a spine ramp and two open bowls. The centrally-located board park is a good one for skaters of all abilities who like to transfer through the elements uninterrupted.

Augusta Skate Park

Lone riders would get a pretty good chance of scoring the concrete park all to themselves so this one is great for novices and skill development. Expect a few banks, rails and two half pipes.
