- Upon arrival you will get to enjoy one glass of the Altair Estate wine
- When seated a 8 course French degustation menu will be served
- With each course you will enjoy one half glass of Altair Estate wine. Each course is carefully paired with sustainably produced wines
- Four savoury and four sweet courses will be explained and served separately
