This introductory session will give you fun things to try out, so that you can say what you want to say, and move how you feel – and maybe meet a new friend!

Please wear stretchy, comfortable clothes that cover your knees and elbows. Bring a water bottle, notebook and white soled/non marking sneakers if barefoot is not for you. We will have a snack halfway through, so please alert staff of allergies in your booking.

There is no level of experience required – just act human!
