Blue Minds Mental Health & Climate Anxiety Workshop | Shelter
Description
With the powerful new OCEAN film by Sir David Attenborough sparking global conversations, this workshop feels more important than ever.
It’s a chance to bring our community together to unpack climate anxiety and explore how connection, education, and collective action can transform fear into hope.
Join Shelter Brewing Co for a powerful, interactive 3-hour community event where youth mental health, ocean leadership, and climate action collide. It’s open to all ages and anyone keen to learn, connect, and make a difference.
They’ll be diving deep into climate anxiety, what it is, how to manage it, and how to turn those heavy feelings into meaningful action. You’ll also hear from the teams at MIM Network and Blue Crew about local projects and how you can get involved in ocean conservation and youth advocacy right here in the South West.
Every time they host something like this, they leave feeling more inspired, more connected, and usually with a new friend or two. So come down, grab a coffee, and connect with a bunch of like-minded legends. We’re stronger together, and the ocean needs us.
