During this course students will see just how quick and easy it is to make yoghurt at home, for a fraction of the cost of commercial yoghurts and which also leads them into experiencing the delights of both Labneh and Shankleesh – Middle Eastern yoghurt base cheeses which are sharp, tangy and incredibly delightful.
But this course also has more.
Students will also get to make Boursin, a famous French delicacy invented by Francois Boursin in Normandy and known the world over for its creamy, buttery flavours and slightly crumbly texture which can be spread on a cracker, fresh Focaccia or folded through pasta or potatoes to add that extra wow factor!
