Culinary Project Dinner

Just as our Project wines allow the team to experiment with the nuances of each growing season, the same philosophy extends to our kitchen.

The Culinary Project dinner series reflects our spirit of innovation, and love for our region, our craft and our place.

10 special guests are granted an intimate audience with Chef Santi as he offers an exclusive preview of the upcoming menu in our private residence. Wines inspiring each dish will be poured by Sommelier, Claire Tonon.

As with our Project wines, dishes may or may not transition to the forthcoming menu. So don’t miss this rare chance to get an insight into Santi’s menu development and be the first to sample the results.

We will be holding the dinner series throughout the year as Santi evolves his seasonal menus so stay tuned for future dates.
