Description

Cyanotype is an easy print making process, which uses the exposure of sunlight to create bold white and Prussian Blue images, with a focus on shape form and silhouette.

Take home a set of 4 art prints created with the non toxic cyanotype process, using the sunshine and our collection of fallen leaves, florals and objects. Feel free to bring your own objects – small objects with an interesting shape or silhouette will be best (for example a key, floral or feather).

Learn about cyanotype printing which is a really simple but effective process with a huge range of possibilities, and unlike other print making processes doesn’t require a heap of heavy equipment.

No experience necessary, a very casual, easy workshop at Margaret River HEART – Nala Bardip Mia which will result in some beautiful indigo coloured artwork for you to take home. Non-toxic materials are used, and gloves are supplied for anyone with very sensitive skin, fine for all ages and skill levels.
