Description

An embodied dance immersion in illuminated art, to discover the lumen-essence within.

Visual artist, dancer, and embodiment guide, Miranda Plum, brings these artforms together in a transcendent, dance experience, that is both deeply connective and liberating.

Saturated in projected artwork, and immersed in rhythm, Miranda weaves light and sonic vibrations to lead us to the conscious, illumination of our energy-body.

This series of four immersions are curated for you to connect, charge and integrate the rich textures of high vibrational energies that are available to you, in the most freeing artform of dance.

Session outline over four weeks:

  • Charge – A deep sensitivity and reverence is cultivated as you call-forth the voice of the body, and hear it speak in tones and textures, impulses and feeling. Here you touch energy as it if were matter, making the unseen rich and tangible, and bring it into open light through dance.
  • Calibrate – An energetic attunement as you activate your seven core energy fields. Here you are brought into what a balanced and aligned state feels like so you can integrate this energy-wisdom into your daily life.
  • Liberate – Through embodying the frequencies, you come home to the innate truth: that you are a sovereign and creative being. When you know what these states feel like, they become easily accessible as your natural state.
  • Integrate – Stepping into your own personal mastery of embodied energetics and movement.

Notes
