Cape Grace Wines joins forces with esteemed local chocolatier and cake maker, Harlequin Desserts, to bring a decadent interactive dessert and wine pairing experience.

You’ll receive a glass of Cape Grace Cremant de Grace on arrival before sitting down to three limited-release wine tastings, which will be paired with three base desserts. You’ll be given additional edible elements for you to add and play with flavours and how they interact with the wine. For example, how does fruit mousse or crumble added to your cheesecake affect the wine tasting experience? Compare with your friends’ creations to see whose desserts pair better with wine in this fun, interactive wine tasting. Plus you’ll receive a $20 voucher to redeem for wine purchases on the day.
