As the sun breaks through the clouds, the buds break on the vines, signalling flowering across our Estate – the land breathes and bursts with new life.
Our seasonal FLORIS menu harnesses this vibrant energy, bringing together a bounty of seasonal produce for a stunning new culinary journey. Succulent marron, line caught fish, sunrise lime, Geraldton wax and amaranth red leaf are just a few of the local ingredients that come together in a plated explosion of spring colour, created in harmony with our organically farmed wines.
Upon arrival, join us in the Wine Room for an exclusive preview tasting of our latest release MJW Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon – the ultimate expression of our Stevens Valley soils – alongside curated snacks and a chat from Sommelier, Claire Tonon. Guests will then move into the dining room where our FLORIS degustation experience will unfold over five wine-driven courses.
