Following on from the great success of Margaret River Gourmet Escape 2018 featuring LA chef Nikki Nakayama of Chef’s Table.
We present a brand new collaboration with local artist Adam of ‘salty bones’ – Yallingup. Printing his art live using squid ink and the WA Nannygai.
This is truly taking Miki out of his comfort zone, bringingart into the dining space as a live entertainment experience we shall only see this once.
