Savour the fruits of the season – certified organic wines that capture the essence of the region, beautifully paired with dishes crafted from the freshest, locally sourced produce. Each course tells a story of sustainability, flavour and place.
As the afternoon unfolds, gain rare insights from Voyager Estate’s Head of Sustainability, Michelle McManus, alongside Head Chef Travis Crane and, vintage allowing, Chief Winemaker Tim Shand.
