Next, take a walk through the picturesque vineyard and sample the grapes currently on vines and approaching harvest time. Gain insight into the careful process of viticulture and what is required to produce exceptional fruit. Collect grape samples and find out how far off picking they are.

Continue the journey into winemaking as you make your way to the winery, where you’ll observe the meticulous process in action. Conducting tests and exploring barrels and tanks filled with developing wines. Conclude with a special back vintage tasting of one of Bettenay’s celebrated award-winning wines.

To cap off the day, enjoy a relaxed and thoughtfully crafted long table lunch featuring seasonally inspired dishes paired with a selection of Bettenay’s finest, sustainably produced wines.
