Introductory Cheese Making – Ricotta, Mascarpone and Paneer
This Introductory Course will have students making a few of the classic and very yummy cheeses, including Ricotta like they have never tasted before, rich and creamy Mascarpone and silky Paneer to compliment beautifully with strong spicy flavours and their next Indian classic dish.
Lunch will show case these cheeses, so they will get the chance to taste them in a variety of ways that will delight and surprise them.
Designed to be an introductory course to cheese making, it is an ideal beginning for those who have never made cheese before or are not experienced cooks.
