In need of a self-care night?

For a full moon ceremony only for women? To open your heart and let go of anything that doesn’t serve you anymore? To give yourself space, and be held, seen and nurtured?

Luminate is a women-only full moon mini retreat. Dive into Yin Yoga Cranio-Sacral, Sound Relaxation & Guided Imagery. Dive deep into yourself on the full moon.
A full moon feminine journey into:

  • Yin Yoga
  • CranioSacral therapy
  • Sound relaxation
  • Guided imagery
  • Delicious chai and treats under the moon with like-minded sisters.

The event will start with a philosophy talk guided by Amber, explaining the astrology situation in the sky (themes, emotions…), translating the stars into Traditional Chinese Medicine (themes, emotions, meridians..).

Transitioning into a soothing Qi Gong exercise, meridian exercises and a long Yin Yoga practice, guided by Amber, while Ute will bath you with the most mystical and magical sounds and vibrations, and Amber will go around and give you CranioSacral Therapy.

When you are in full zen, Amber and Ute will guide you through a Sound Journey of guided imagery and sound relaxation. Each journey is themed for the specific full moon -to take you through a long and transformative experience.

You’ll finish with a wholesome spread of chai and treats under the moon, to journal and celebrate with fellow like-minded sisters.
