Ring in 2019 with a 5-star affair. Your evening begins with a crisp glass of sparkling wine on arrival as dusk settles across the bay – a phenomenal view to take in as we bid adieu to the year that was.
Soak up the vistas of Bunker Bay before indulging in our show-stopper multi-course New Year’s Eve degustation menu. Created by Pullman’s Executive Chef Gilles England-Brassy with dessert by Michelin-star experienced French pastry chef Romain Lassiaille, this is an exquisite dining experience not to be missed.
