RADIX Autumn Flavours Dinner @ Voyager Estate
This May, join us for an exclusive culinary evening celebrating the warming autumn flavours of RADIX [Latin: Root].
At this time of year, when the vineyard appears dormant, the invisible root systems go through a period of renewal, harnessing the energy stored in the vines.
Embracing a ‘return to one’s roots’, our new degustation experience has been shaped from the wine up, mirroring flavour, texture and sense of place – telling the story of our ancient soils and seasons past, whilst nodding to regeneration for the future.
The evening begins with a glass of sparkling wine and snacks in the Wine Room, accompanied by culinary musings from WA Good Food Guide Regional Sommelier of the Year, Claire Tonon.
Guests will then move into the dining room for an immersive tour of our coastal home, featuring nostalgic dishes reimagined with a modern edge. This innovative new menu will be paired alongside a curated selection of our current releases, including a special aged drop pulled from the museum cellar…
