Sensei Miki is back with one of his exclusive Cabin Fever Masterclasses! Head Chef Mikihito Nagai shares the art of Japanese cooking, in an intimate afternoon gathered around his open style kitchen. Discover how trending flavours in the culinary world like Sake, Dashi and Umami are used to create extraordinary dishes. And of course, you’ll taste them, with three special meals paired with authentic Japanese Sake. Numbers are limited so get in quick. Please note: All dietary requirements or allergies are essential to prepare for this event. Please provide as many details as possible at the time of booking. Due to the subject matter of the class, only particular dietary needs can be guaranteed a suitable alternative. Unfortunately, those who are celiac, vegan or vegetarian cannot be catered for because it would compromise the styling and main feature of the class (Dashi, Umami).
