Summer holiday sessions: Linocut & block printing

Learn how to create your own block printed artwork!

In this session you will be taught how to draw or trace an image onto your own lino piece, carve out the stamp and apply block printing ink, which you will then transpose to artist quality paper to have your very own prints to take home, along with your linocut stamp.

Suitable for kids aged 10 and up, including teens. No previous experience is necessary to be able to enjoy this session. Neurodiverse people and people of all abilities are welcome.

The sessions at Gathered Organics are held on a working organic farm located on Walcliffe Road in Margaret River. As well as the community space where workshops are held, there is a farm shop and café; and they share the farm with a vineyard, market garden, livestock and winery.

The café will be open during the session, where you can enjoy a hot drink including organic coffee and a range of loose leaf teas, as well as a rather good in-house brewed chai, cakes and slices (including vegan and gluten free options), house made soups and toasties.
