We’re inviting you into our home, to experience an intimate dinner with Chef Santi. Come on a journey through our proposed spring menu; learn how dishes are crafted, where the very best produce in Margret River is sourced and how our food and wines come together in celebration of our land.
Ten guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner at Cordi House a private residence on Voyager Estate with chef Santi cooking in our open kitchen. Each dish will be served with wines that have inspired its creation, poured by Sommelier Clare Tonon.
Just as our Project wines allow the team to experiment with the nuances of each growing season, the same philosophy extends to our kitchen. The Culinary Project reflects our spirit of innovation, and love for our region, our craft and our place.
As with our Project wines, dishes may or may not transition to the forthcoming menu.
