Voyager Estate BACCA Menu Release Night
This January, be among the first to join Voyager Estate for an exclusive evening release of our BACCA (Latin [BAK-UH] Berry) Discovery Menu – a celebration of the colour, energy, and transformation in the vineyard during the summer harvest season.
The latest collaboration between award-winning Head Chef, Santi Fernandez and WAGFG Regional Sommelier of the Year, Claire Tonon, our new degustation experience has been shaped from the wine up, with each dish mirroring flavour, texture, and sense of place.
Guests will enjoy a glass of Sparkling Rosé and snacks in the garden, before moving into the dining room for an immersive culinary journey showcasing our unique local ingredients. The menu will be accompanied by a curated selection of Voyager Estate’s current releases.
