WA Good Food Guide x Wise Winery Spring Dining Series

On the 20th November as part of the WA Good Food Guide ABCs Spring Dining and Content Series, Wise Winery will present an exclusive menu themed around the letter “P” and seasonal WA produce.
Chefs Heath Townsend and Ben Jacob will be taking their cues from the south west, the coast and the changing seasons, the chefs will pair Leeuwin Coast Akoya oysters with passionfruit for an opener before matching pink snapper and potato, persimmon and pomelo. Then crisp-skinned porchetta with pancetta and pepperberry leads into a dish of Rose Mallee wagyu paired with Skull Island tiger prawns. The meal finishes on a high with a dessert that plays the fragrance of peppermint off the sweetness of parsnip.Each course is paired with Wise’s own drinks, with a series of estate wines bookended by Wise’s pink gin for starters and Pisco Sour for dessert.
Cost: $140 per person, 5 courses.
