WAGFG SOUTHERN WEEKENDER: Sunday Long Lunch at Tiller Farm with George Cooper
This true celebration of south-west spring produce will be held on the grass with views across the paddocks.
In George Cooper’s signature style the surprise menu will only be announced on the day, with guests welcome to send through any dietary requirements in advance.
George Cooper has been a guest chef at Margaret River Gourmet Escape, Taste of Perth, Truffle Kerfuffle and the Gascoyne Food Festival. He has worked in kitchens across England and Australia and worked in many of Margaret River’s best winery restaurants.
ABOUT TILLER FARM
Set on a 50-acre (20 hectare) plot, the farm is a fundamental element of the food at Tiller Dining. Along with an extensive vegetable garden and growing orchard Tiller is also home to a small herd of Dexter cattle and a flock of Dorper ewes and lambs.
