Sioban trained as a chef under Neil Perry and worked at Martin Boetz’s Longrain Thai restaurant in Sydney before moving to Tuscany in 2001, where she lived and worked as a chef. Since 2012, Sioban has divided her time between Yallingup, where she owns and operates Wildwood Valley Cottage and cooking school, and Tuscany, where she conducts small, personalised tours.
Sioban is known for her exceptional food service and hospitality, both in her Australian accommodation, cooking schools and her Tuscan tours. In “Creative Canapés,” she shares some of her favourite canapé recipes.

Bring your friends or meet new food enthusiasts. Wildwood Valley Cooking School limit each class to 11 participants and also offer private classes for groups of 11 friends.
