In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll use myofascial release balls to target your acupressure points and meridian lines, helping you melt tension, ease physical discomfort, and support your emotional well-being.
At Gnarabup Yoga Studio, each month brings a new theme, guiding you to explore different areas of your body and energy system through practical and interactive exercises — paired with an immersive surround sound bath using healing frequencies to help your nervous system fully let go.
This month, you’ll begin with the feet—the foundation of your body and the energetic gateway to grounding, stability, and direction. Through targeted myofascial release and acupressure techniques, you’ll explore how tension stored in the soles, arches, and ankles can reflect and influence your sense of movement and purpose in life. By nurturing your feet, you start to rewire how your entire body stands, moves, and responds to stress. This session invites you to reconnect with your roots, restore natural alignment, and step forward with greater clarity, ease, and confidence—both on and off the mat.
