My parents and I have stayed at the Manor twice now and both times have been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept and the decor is tasteful and beautiful. The location is excellent, only a short drive to the main town. The rooms are clean and tidy and the views are pretty. The morning breakfast is a delight, both the continental and the cooked options. We will likely stay here again the next time my parents come to visit!

Luxurious old worldly manor beautifully furnished. Each room is named after a special wine. It is set among beautiful landscape gardens and is the ideal place for a quiet get away in the beautiful Margaret River area. Afternoon tea is complimentary every afternoon and served in the beautiful conservatory as is daily breakfast. Breakfast showcases the lovely produce sourced from within the area. The staff are also excellent and make you feel at home. A most enjoyable place to visit.

Many thanks to the owners and staff at Basildene for our wonderful and relaxing 2 night stay at your well presented and preserved heritage property. We enjoyed several laps of the beautiful gardens together with a welcome swim in the pool. Special mention needs to be made of the exquisite breakfast in the conservatory. Best ever with a selection fresh fruits and main courses which set us up for each of our days! Also a special thank you for the room upgrade which was hugely appreciated and enjoyed. The reception and kitchen staff were easily and quickly engaged in a natural, fun and relaxed manner so thank you all for that. Graham and Liz

Service was really low key and professional. The daily included Breakfast was absolutely wonderful - the care taken in displaying the fruit and breads / condiments speaks volumes as to the attention to detail. Our room and the whole house was exceptionally clean. The team kindly set a table for us in the dining conservatory for NYE and we were the only ones there - such thoughtfulness was really appreciated. We played board games most nights in the conservatory enjoying complimentary tea/coffee. The gardens were superb and our room was cleaned daily. Comfy bed and huge TV with a lovely shaded courtyard made our room a home away from home for 5 nights - next time we will stay longer. Thank you Basildene Manor!
