Created and operated by a couple of mates Stewart Sampson and Scott Douglas, Black Brewing Co in the Margaret River Region is the sum of all its parts, a Brewery, Restaurant and Vintner. It's also an environment to try new things with creative people who are passionate about their craft...... everything we do is a collaboration.

We brew SESSIONABLE ALES at Black Brewing Co because that's what we like. All of our handcrafted beer is brewed, bottled or kegged onsite in our brewery in the heart of Margaret River.
We make APPROACHABLE WINES that reflects Margaret River - in our own style, “young, vibrant, ready to drink wines that best showcase the variety within the context of the region and the vineyard”. Our preferred styles are barrel fermented Chardonnay and northern sub-region Cabernet Sauvignon as we feel these are what Margaret River does best.

Ours is a share plate menu that is about encapsulating and expressing a cuisine that reflects the region and it's influences. It's a 'West Australian local' offering that calls on fresh, seasonal produce sourced from our own backyard but enhanced with the state's regional ties and accents of South East Asia. “We are closer to Indonesia than Sydney and most West Australians spend a lot of time there, so there is a desire for a bit of spice/heat and Asian accents in our food”.
