A quintessential beach house with sweeping views across Cowaramup Bay.

This gorgeous, renovated 1970’s beach cottage provides a relaxing holiday vibe the moment you step up to the front door.

Perched high on the hill with 180-degree views of the Indian Ocean and neighbouring National Park, Bluebelle epitomises beach holiday living – sun, sand, sea and surf!

Overlooking the sparkling Indian Ocean this gorgeous cottage boasts far-reaching panoramas and days of sandy toes and salty skin.

Enjoy life’s simple pleasures – morning coffees on the balcony as you check-out the surf; walk to the beautiful beach for a swim; and while away the afternoon on the balcony bathed in sunlight that turns into a stunning sunset.

Surfing fanatics will love staying here - walking distance to three of the best surf spots down south; North Point, Huzzas and South Point – and a short drive to the (in)famous Left Handers. And there’s plenty of room for the boards and other beach toys with a storage area beneath the house.

Bluebelle’s layout is lovely and simple. An open plan kitchen, living and dining area with fabulous views across the balcony to the ocean. The master bedroom is dreamy with loads of light and the same amazing views! The other two bedrooms, a twin and queen room, are neatly appointed. The renovated shared bathroom is ample for 6 guests.

Perfect whatever the weather – in the warmer months it’s all about the beach and lazing on the balcony; in the cooler months snuggle up indoors by the fire and watch the ocean at play. Plus you’re well-positioned to indulge your tastebuds at popular wineries like Stormflower, Cullen Wines and Vasse Felix, restaurants and breweries.

Sandy feet are par for the course and the children can play on the front lawns or explore around the old Melaleucas in the back garden.

Gracetown is a magical spot, staying in this beachside hamlet is like stepping back in time, where you are surrounded by nature’s beauty and your loved ones, and you can simply concentrate on both.
