With six different gallery spaces and exhibitions changing every 6-8 weeks, BRAG is able to present a wide range of works, ensuring there is always something for everyone to get excited about.
More information BRAG's exhibition programming has strong regional significance and national relevance, as well as being housed inside one of Bunbury’s oldest historic buildings.
The pink, former convent is a treat in itself, and many traces of its past lives can still be seen as you wander through the spaces. It is one of the oldest buildings in Bunbury, and you can't miss its vibrant pink facade.
BRAG is owned and managed by the City of Bunbury.
Part of the old convent at the back of the main street, the Bunbury Art Gallery is worth a look. Its a great supporter of local artists and runs classes as well in art techniques. Not always populated with worthy pieces but has had some great displays from local artists at times which can be gems. Its has some local politics recently interfering with its mission but I believe the dust has settled. I have been a number of times and a great way to spend an afternoon and acquire a bit of artwork.
Great place to enjoy art and culture in Bunbury. Free exhibitions weekdays and some art launches throughout the year. Also art classes available to book in to.
Amazing exhibits, such a chapter filled building
Love the gallery, the regular exhibitions and varying styles always gives you the opportunity to switch off and be inspired by original art
Nice rooms and great displays to cast your eyes on. If you love music, visit on Sunday morning from 09:00hrs to 10:30 for a music for the soul by the New Apostolic Church.
