The Cullen Wines Homestead is a unique and historic property adjacent to the highly renowned, biodynamic Cullen Winery.

The Homestead is a wonderful family holiday home located across the road from Cullen Wines.  Ideal for individuals, couples and families, and also corporate groups, the peaceful country surroundings set the scene for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Built in 1976 by Diana and Kevin Cullen, the founders of the Cullen Wines, the Homestead is constructed from local granite rock and timber with sweeping panoramic views over the striking Margaret River countryside and local vineyards. Just a short walk across to the Cullen vineyard and winery to taste the wines, then you may want to stay for lunch to enjoy the delicious food made from organic and biodynamic produce in the Cullen Restaurant.

The Homestead is a self-catering holiday house made up of the main house and a studio. Eggs, bread, milk and butter are provided on arrival. The main house can be booked alone if the extra bedrooms and bathroom of the studio are not required. It is very conveniently located just a short walk from Cullen Wines, and 15 minutes by road from the beach at Gracetown, 20 minutes from Margaret River and 30 minutes from Dunsborough

Our favourite winery in the South West Region! Customer service is always great, staff are always polite, thoughtful and courteous. The grounds of the winery is lovely and charming. The food served at the restaurant is top notch! A big plus is that it’s dog friendly! The wines are really good and organic too. We always make sure to come here when in Margaret River. We had a lovely lunch here sitting outside. It is the most beautiful view, service was nice and the food was delicious. My partner had the waygu beef and I wish I had picked the same because it was amazing. Unfortunately my fish was overcooked and I didn’t enjoy it. If I was to nitpick I would also say the sorbet for dessert was a little icy. All in all we both enjoyed our meals and wines. Lena hakuna matata
I thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting . The staff member was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable . I had booked via email for lunch after the tasting for my birthday but unfortunately that person hadn't actually put it in the system so it was a little bit awkward. The man at the counter was very apologetic and pleasant and found space for us. The food was nice but parts of it were quite bland bland if I am honest and needed more flavour. I would go back for their delicious Chardonnay any day! natalie crabbe
Japanese is a favourite food, but serving in plastic packs that were difficult to open and eating with wooden forks that wouldn't grab food was not my preferred choice Michael Daniels
$15 tastings plus another $10 to try the two premium wines. Refundable if you buy wine. Amazing beautiful gardens and property. Excellent restaurant. Peaceful place to have lunch and usually not too busy as it’s very expensive, weeding out the jobkeeper funded holiday bogans plaguing Margaret River at the current time. Scott
