Western Australia's first bean to bar chocolate makers.

At Gabriel Chocolate they transform the humble raw cacao bean into delicate, smooth and award winning chocolate.

Gabriel Chocolate import the world's best raw cacao beans and turn them into fine quality single-origin chocolate bars at their custom-built chocolate gallery at Yallingup, in the Margaret River wine region. Their single-origin chocolate bars enhance the naturally-occurring flavour profiles of different cacao bean varieties. Indulge yourselves in a (anti-oxidant packed) holiday treat or find the perfect gift for your foodie friends, family and clients.

They put together a dark chocolate slab with ginger while I was having a delightful 2 shot iced cold coffee with home made icecream. Nothing too much trouble. Great place to visit a must ! AA .
Generous free tasting selection, with many different varieties of chocolate. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and don't press the sale. Very pleasant experience. Charlie Jay
Awesome ! A great place for the best chocolate you will ever taste. Customer service is always 5 star. The chocolate manufactured on the premises and is is from roasted bean to plate and is real chocolate like it is supposed to taste. The cafe has the BEST chocolate chip biscuits ever. A must to visit whenever you are down in Margaret River. john anderson
It's amazing how many different chocolate places and every place has its own unique flavour to it Emma Bennett
Lovely chocolate, nice range. Disappointing that there's no option to view production, but made up for by the quality of the product. David Ford
