Beach cottages and villas overlooking the water with access to heated swimming pools (one indoors), waterslide, playgrounds, giant jumping pillow, games room, shop, indoor barbecues, camp kitchen, wifi and adult bike hire. Self-contained 2 and 3 bedroom chalets are available (some with spas), or choose from the studio cabins and luxury glamping tents. Shady, grassed, powered sites and ensuite sites are provided for caravans, camping and motorhomes.
Mandalay is situated four kilometres west of Busselton, off Bussell Highway, right opposite the beach. Geographe Bay is a 70-kilometre long, sandy beach with a northerly aspect which means the water is mostly calm. It is ideal for swimming, snorkelling,  paddle boarding, fishing, crabbing and beachcombing throughout the year.

Mandalay is connected to town by cycle-ways which run along the beach. Enjoy a variety of local retailers, restaurants, museums, art and craft shops. Visit the beautiful foreshore precinct and walk the iconic two-kilometre long Busselton Jetty, or catch the jetty train to the Underwater Observatory.  The vineyards of the Margaret River Region, surf beaches and rugged coastlines, such as Yallingup and Cowaramup Bay, are all within an easy drive from Mandalay.

One of the best parks we’ve been to on our trip in Australia. We’ve got a powered site for our rooftop tent. Good service, nice and clean facilities. Pool area was a big plus during the hottest days in years in February. Beach is on the other side of the road. There are a lot of possums in the park.

It is a great park with the pools, one is particularly warm so great for small kids. Love the huge grass area for running/ playing with a ball. It was really expensive so we didn't do much else in the town and opted to stay there and enjoy the pools. Was difficult to tow van through park, lots of trees although they do guide you into your spot it was touch and go on the trip in and out. Would recommend the park if your wanting to swim/ enjoy family time at the caravan park.

It definitely doesn’t get better than this when travelling with kids . We have a 1 year old and 8 year old and this park had it all for both ages . With so many playgrounds , jumping pillow , heated indoor pool plus an amazing outdoor pool and water slide the kids didn’t stop the whole time we were there . The chalet was extremely clean and fresh , the park was beautifully laid out and maintained . The staff were so friendly and helpful . If you haven’t been here yet it’s worth travelling to . It’s by far our new favourite family getaway. Thank you for having us and we look forward to coming back soon .

We spent this weekend in the Glamping tent which was amazing. Bigger than we thought it would be and had everything you needed in there. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed their first Mandalay experience, and so did we. A clean family friendly resort, with great staff who are helpful. Definitely worth the price you pay! We will be coming back. Would love to plan a longer stay next time as the weekend just flew by too quickly.
