Smiths beach resort was a nice relaxing stay with modern clean facilities. The food at Lamont restaurant is highly recommended it definitely was worth dining in. The only down sides to the resort is that the pool is not heated which seems bit odd when down south is always much cooler than Perth. Not many guests used the pool then which seems like a waste. Also would be better if they had proper block out blinds in their bedrooms (some people might not mind waking up to natural light at 5am but with a toddler it did affect her sleep and then ours) but as we only stayed 2 nights it wasn’t a big issue. Would definitely come back if they ever install heating in their pool. Kiranjeet Takhar

Booked a beach shack but was upgraded to a garden apartment. Have an 11 month old and cot, high chair and baby gate had been set up for our arrival. Lovely staff. Can't fault location! Sarah Piggott

Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, friendly and professional are the words that jump to mind. We had 2 night s staying here and absolutely loved it, I did not know what to expect as it was a surprise and what a surprise it was. Staff at check-in and the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful location to enjoy, one night we had a BBQ with local venison and lots of chardonnays....If you want a relaxing time in absolute comfort this is the place, needless to say I cannot wait to return. Great accommodation, love the view of Smith's Beach. Lamonts for meals is great and coffee is delicious. Would recommend walking part of the Cape to Cape around to The Aquarium. Well worth the effort! Chris Hassett
