More information

Established in 1986, The Berry Farm was a pioneer in the Margaret River region for the production of gourmet food products from farm grown produce. Since these early beginnings, we have become a favourite destination for locals and visitors to the South West region.

At The Berry Farm Cellar Door, we are known for our homemade Jams, Preserves, Sauces, Dressings, Syrups and other gourmet creations. Our Winery creates something a little different in the region, making Sparkling Fruit Wines, Fortified Wines, Liqueurs, Ciders and Vinegars. All of our products are made on our farm. There really is something for everyone!

Keep the local birds company and dine amongst nature in our Cottage Café and Gardens. Serving morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch, we invite you to try some of the fresh, local produce on our seasonal menu. Sit back and relax while the kids have fun on the playgrounds and outdoor chessboard. By the way, our beautiful fairy wrens might hop on to your table to join you anytime!

This place blew my mind today. Not because of the out of this world food. In fact I had one of the best steak and red wine pies here ever. No, the thing that blew me away was the ridiculously fast service in how long it took from when I ordered meals for a family of four to when it arrived... Less than 10mins. So why am I making such a big deal about this? Well because the place was absolutely rammed at the peak lunch hour. The queue for ordering was a good 15x people deep yet the lady taking the orders was as fast and efficient as could be. I figured it would easily be a good 30min wait given past experiences so when I had taken about 3x sips of my beautiful Beer Farm Pale Ale only to have the waitress bring the food, I was gobsmacked! Either we got shunted to the front of the queue somehow or their service is from another planet. Blown away! And would return in a heartbeat!

When in Margaret River we try not to miss a chance to visit The Berry Farm. Good parking for disable (my wife has difficulty to walk), good service, scones like theirs are served (to my limited knowledge) only in four places in the world. One wants to write a separate review for birds if only they can read, they are always there, New Holland honey eaters are almost domesticated, will eat from your hand. It is a very special place worth to visit again and again.

I visited the Berry Farm this morning. I have to say the place is absolutely amazing. Service was great and food from the cafe and goodies from the cellar door are devine. Thank you for a lovely experience, will definitely be back.

Lovely place to spend a lazy afternoon with the family. Food was great. Ordered a platter for two and a kids entree. There were face painting, rustic old school playgrounds and wine tasting. Lots of good views, big car park, sit in nature.

We arrived after lunch at 3pm for some desserts. Service by the cashier was bad. I wouldn’t return because of the cashier service, as the cakes were $10, pancakes $12 and ice cream was $10 (3 scoops in a bowl). But the waitress that served us was amazing. Hot latte - not recommended, only tasted milk. Pancakes and Cakes were great. We ordered Blueberry cheesecake, Frangipani Cake, and Scones. Scones were puffy and not buttery. I prefer buttery scones with butter and jam. But ours was served with jam and cream/ The tasting cellar had awesome service. But it’s a pity the farm has no tour available for visitors. Was hoping to visit the farm and picked some berries and fruits.
