Could not have asked for a better experience. First time round spent two back to back mornings on solo lessons with Tim. As someone who grew up in the Southwest but never learnt how to surf it was just awesome to finally get confident on the waves. Both mornings were spent a different sections of Smith’s Beach. To top it off spent five minutes with a pod of dolphins - just a meter away, could have touched them. Doesn’t get any better than that. Went back with the boyfriend and a mate a few weeks later and joined in on the group sesh. Personally I’m glad I had the solo lessons behind me as it just gave me that extra independence in the waves. The initial cost ($100+ I think for an hour?) is worth it because soon you can just start hiring wetties and boards for $15. So glad I did this. Many thanks to Crystal and Tim and their crew. Such a great team of coaches! We are total beginners and would thoroughly recommend Yallingup Surf School! 💜 Sarah Smith
Couldn't have asked for more for my families first intro to surfing. Super helpful on catching waves, very hands on as last review said also. We were taken to a breezy lagoon, where the baby waves made it well suited for our level of experience and fitness! wkd_lil_law
Absolutely brilliant, Crystal was super flexible in teaching my son (Age 7) to catch his first waves, adapting lessons and duration depending on how it was going. Will certainly go back and recommend these guys to anyone looking to get into Surfing. Adrian Lewis
We can not recommend them high enough. Krystal and her crew were fantastic. Very hands on with their coaching and advice. We were a group of eight and had Krystal and Georgia look after us in the water, with all having a great time and getting to stand up and ride a wave or two. Thanks for a great experience Andrew Maslen
