Awaken to birdsong on 100 acres of farm and bushland. Unwind away from the larger retreats and enjoy the unique, lovingly restored jarrah train carriages or cottages. Situated just a short 3km drive from the coastal town of Dunsborough and only 10km from the pristine waters of Meelup Beach.
Bask in the tranquility of country life and relax to the sound of the wind as it flows through the peppermint and gum trees. Have a relaxing breakfast on the verandah while watching the friendly kangaroos or take a leisurely stroll as the chickens scurry. Collect eggs and feed the alpacas. 

The beautiful beaches at Dunsborough and Yallingup, restaurants, wineries, horse riding, golf, fishing, surfing and sailing are only minutes away 

The cosy, open-plan carriages feature low-key decor, en suite bathrooms and verandahs, plus kitchenettes, sofabeds, and TVs with DVD players. They also have access to a communal BBQ and an outdoor dining area. The Carriages are designed for couples with 1 Queen size bed and a double sofa bed for the kids.

The 2-bedroom cottages offer wood-burning stoves, full kitchens with washer/dryers, and BBQs. Some add bunk beds. Upgraded units have whirlpool tubs. Parking is free, and dogs are welcome for a fee and with prior notice.

The Deluxe Cottage includes spa bath, reverse cycle air conditioner, TV, DVD, pot belly stove, linen & towels, washing machine and bbq. 

The Standard Cottage includes TV, pot belly stove, reverse cycle air conditioner, linen & towels, washing machine and bbq.

We were lucky enough to be the only ones staying here. Wonderful hospitality and our puppy absolutely loved it. The only thing I can fault is the cleanliness of the cabin. Quite a few spiderwebs and very very dusty. It needs a good DEEP cleaning and new furnishings.

Break from city. Pleasant area of the State. Good accessibility to South West and features. Accomodation modest, good access to firewood as needed from April to October. Appearance of Cottages, Carriages and property became clear when advised it will be cleared and the property redeveloped. Pleasant...

Enjoyed our stay here over the long weekend at the farm house with 2 other families (fits all 13 of us!) . Jodi was so friendly and passionate about the place. The kids enjoyed feeding the Alpacas and chooks - we were given some free range eggs too - so blessed ! not forgetting the huge trampoline ...
