My boyfriend and I's first time in a motel and this place is really good for a first timer and is reasonably priced. Great location its walking distance to pretty much everything and good parking and quiet. The first thing I did notice was the smell the best way to describe it is smells like old people (but I can't say for other rooms) but you get used to it after being in the room for a while and the floor was sticky. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfy, the lamp is touch sensored which is cool. I really liked the shower pressure but the bathroom tap wasn't as good. They've got a hair-dryer which is convenient and a kettle, microwave and toaster. There's a TV as well and the reverse AC is great. Overall it's a really nice motel, we enjoyed our stay

Really comfortable bed in a good sized room.
Nicely furnished, spotless and staff very friendly and helpful.
At the top of the main shopping street leading down to the jetty.
Good value.

Excellent motel and very convenient to amenities. There were also great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms was wonderfully clean and bed comfort, cannot be beaten! Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. Both check in and check out were professionally handled and easy. A perfect motel for a weekend getaway, we will come again! Thank you so much.

The rooms were clean very comfortable and spacious. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with the owner Chris, his right hand Bella and the other staff, who were always on hand to give us a helping hand, particularly as as one of our members had special needs. The place was central to everything.
Should we need to go back to Busselton, we will be staying at the Ringtails motel and will recommend them highly to our family and friends.
