Springwood Homestead is a quiet relaxing B&B located just 6km north of Cowaramup in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. The perfect location to explore all the spectacular South West region has to offer.

Springwood Homestead offers four spacious en-suited bedrooms with a sweeping view of lush gardens, native forest and a dam from wide verandas. Guests will enjoy private access to the garden terrace and multiple outdoor seating areas to relax including a fire pit for the winter. All reservations include continental breakfasts that can be enjoyed either from your bistro table within the room or from the verandah overlooking the cottage gardens. As long-time locals in the area, your friendly hosts Sophie and Jock will be more than willing to guide you during your stay.

The B&B is just a short drive away stunning beaches, world class surf breaks, forest trails, mountain-biking tracks, the Cape-to-Cape as well as local art galleries, boutique shops and of course the endless list of beautiful wineries, breweries and culinary venues.

Sophie was a lifesaver, as we had a bombshell of a last-minute cancellation on a accommodation booking elsewhere at 4pm on a Sunday afternoon (on a long weekend holiday too) we thought we would be sleeping in the car! But we always go with the motto "things happen for a reason" and this was evident on us finding Springwood Homestead, what started as a potential complete disaster turned into a superb couple nights away on our wedding anniversary in the Margret River Thank you Sophie for getting us in and enjoying your property.

What a stunning property to stay at. Far away from the hustle and bustle of Margs, but close enough to everything that the whole region has to offer. The perfect location, and a gorgeous homely, authentic building. The linen was stunning too! I'd like to take this opportunity to give a massive shout out to Sophie and Jock who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. It was them that gave this homestead it's magic for us. From the minute we arrived to the moment we left, their cheery nature, warmth, hospitality and direction on where to go was second to none. Nothing was too much. It's those little things that add up in the end. Will def return again :)

The room was amazing. Brekkie was provided. Sophie was so accommodating and we had a great time in Margaret River ❤️ Just be ready to drive down about 2.5km of dirt gravel road, but it will be worth drive for a king size bed and a lovely view

We stayed for 2 nights at the Springwood Homestead BnB. It was such an enjoyable stay and relaxing atmosphere. Clean comfortable bed and breakfast was great. Lots to do in the area driving distance. Wineries, chocolate shops, lavender tea house, art galleries and countless beautiful beaches all close by. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this beautiful bnb.
