All on the one level the high, vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows let in loads of light and there's a small patio for morning coffees.
Just 500 metres from Margaret River’s town centre and along the Wadandi (walk and cycle) Track, Treeview Retreat and Treeside Studio are the perfect holiday home for those who want to be close to the action, while also having their own beautiful space for rest and recuperation.

Our second visit to The Balmoral in Dunsborough, booked through Private Properties, was just as remarkable as our first after seven years. The property has been impeccably maintained and remains perfectly clean. Everything from booking to stay was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We loved our stay at 'It's Five O'Clock Somewhere' The abode had everything we needed for a scintilating, attentive, cosy, and restful get away. Everywhere we wanted to visit was just a short drive away and returning to our tasteful haven of 'home' base continued to be a relishing treat. Will be back!

Beautiful house with everything that we needed.
The fireplace kept us cosy and warm for the rainy weather so we loved staying in and just relaxed watching the ocean view. The team was very accommodating as well. Highly recommend a stay with them and we’ll definitely be booking again for our next trip down South.

9 friends and myself have just had a terrific weekend staying at Hi Clere in Yallingup. The house is perfect for a large group of people with two different wings of the beautifully designed house containing 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, as well as the large master suite complete with spa. All have wonderful views of the surrounding bush land.
The house contains many gorgeous pieces of original art and furniture, along with a fabulous outdoor deck area.
We all loved the house and can’t recommend it highly enough. The staff at Private Properties were helpful, professional and made our long weekend away truly special.
