Outdoor antics
Beach cricket, group picnics & cycling expeditions – FREE

Free of charge and totally refreshing is a day outdoors at one of the many family friendly beaches, park, forest and garden settings in Your Margaret River Region.  Back to nature days are the perfect way to get kids into action whilst connecting with the environment.

Share in family experiences as you discover a new favourite beach or sandy inlet as you cycle a section of the 30km coastal walk and bike path from Busselton to Dunsborough.

Why not introduce yourself to a local eagle ray at the stunning Hamelin Bay or picnic in your favourite park. There is even the Organic Garden Trail where you can learn the philosophy about organics in gardens cared for by our most passionate environmentalists.

Climb a lighthouse
Kids & Family passes available

Everyone wants to climb a lighthouse.  In each of us a child exists who yearns to experience the wonder of reaching the top of these stoic attractions. And for holiday makers in the South West there are two iconic lighthouses to discover, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse near Dunsborough and Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse near Augusta.

Steeped in local history, the stories of the lighthouse inhabitants, the importance of their tasks and the beauty of their wind swept locations are all elements to be explored.  The breathtaking views from the tower decks cannot be paralleled and with kids and family passes available a lighthouse climb is a ‘must do’ as part of a day out.
