In 2020 Allan Waters and his life partner Lily Titmus decided to open a cellar door selling gin, vodka, liqueurs, sweet wine, lollies and gourmet foods.
The name Three Lily's is a tribute to the three very special people who have made a huge impact on Allan’s life, his paternal grandmother, his mother and his life partner, all named Lily.
Three Lily's cellar door stocks classic gin along with ginger, mango, lemon, lime & chilli as well as Pina Colada fruit infused gins.
They also stock a wide range of lollies to keep the kids happy while you try one of the tasting paddles.
Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc liqueurs are also available for tasting along with a range of sweeter style wines under the Mootown label.
They also have a range of gourmet foods sourced locally, or within Western Australia. Designed for picnics, a cheese board back at your accommodation, or maybe just to take back home with you to enjoy later.
